如何准备沙爆鱼肚 How to Prepare Fish Maw:

1. 准备一锅清水,烧滚。Prepare a pot of water, heat till boiling.
2. 加入少许食盐(1茶匙)。Add 1 tspn of salt.
3. 放入鱼肚,让鱼肚煮到开始变软。Add in fish maw, cook until starting to soften.
4. 盖上锅盖,关火,焖5分钟。Close pot with lid, turn-off heat, let it stew for 5 minutes.
5. 冷水冲洗干净后变能用了。Rinse with running water, and its ready to use.
